Child Welfare and Attendance

The Ouachita Parish Child Welfare & Attendance Office provides a variety of services to the students of Ouachita Parish and their families. As we work closely with the students and their parent(s)/guardian(s), our primary goal is to ensure the success of our students in school. Our objective is to design effective interventions in the areas of attendance, discipline, and dropout prevention in order to meet our goal. We provide assistance with the following services:

It is our desire that the multitude of services coordinated by our office are efficient and professional, and assist students to complete their education successfully.

Hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday; closed for lunch 12 to 1 p.m.
(Closed on Friday in June and July)
